Up at silly o clock and above the clouds before my first cup of earl grey isn’t generally the done thing, but this is the Wiggle Honda Team after all. Because they’re worth it.
1000 miles in that direction later, we pulled up at the quite magnificent Castel Brando castle hotel high in the foothills of the Dolomites that was to house these medal winners for the next week and set about the considerable task, finding some lunch at 3pm on a Sunday in the mountains of Italy.
One fact remembered at this point, it is hard to start a diet in Italy. Pointless actually. That idea out of the window, it was time to set up and await the arrival of the team.
